聚合瓷高嵌体和铸瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗后短冠磨牙的疗效

Efficacy of polymeric porcelain onlay and cast porcelain onlay in restoration of short coronal molar after root canal treatment

目的探讨聚合瓷高嵌体和铸瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗后短冠磨牙的疗效。方法因牙髓炎行根管治疗的115例患者(115颗短冠磨牙)随机分为两组,观察组(58例)采用聚合瓷高嵌体修复,对照组(57例)采用铸瓷高嵌体修复。随访1年,评估修复效果,观察不良事件发生情况。结果术后1年,观察组修复体完整度A级者比例高于对照组(96.55%vs.85.96%)(P<0.05)。观察组修复成功率高于对照组(93.10%vs.80.70%)(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组(12.07%vs.29.82%)(P<0.05)。结论聚合瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗后短冠磨牙较铸瓷高嵌体有较高的修复成功率和修复体完整度,不良事件发生率低。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of polymeric porcelain onlay and cast porcelain onlay in the restoration of short coronal molar after root canal treatment.Methods A total of 115 patients(115 short coronal molars)with pulpitis undergoing root canal treatment were divided into two groups of A(restoring by polymeric porcelain onlay,58 cases)and B(restoring by cast porcelain onlay,57 cases).The patients were followed up for one year and the restoration efficacy was assessed.The adverse events were observed.Results The proportion of the patients with repair level class A one year after operation was higher in group A than that in group B(96.55%vs.85.96%)(P<0.05).The repair successful rate of group A was higher than that in group B(93.10%vs.80.70%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in group A was lower than that in group B(12.07%vs.29.82%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Polymeric porcelain onlay has higher successful rate and integrity of the restoration and lower incidence of adverse events than cast porcelain onlay in the restoration of short coronal molar after root canal treatment.
