睾丸神经内分泌瘤(青春期前型)1例报告并国内48例文献复习

Prepubertal-type testicular neuroendocrine tumor:a case report and literatures review

目的探究睾丸神经内分泌瘤(青春期前型)的临床特点、诊断、预后及组织来源。方法报告了1例睾丸神经内分泌瘤(青春期前型),同时检索国内报告的48例进行文献复习。结果患者发现左侧睾丸肿大8年,渐进性增长伴发疼痛,影像检查:睾丸生殖细胞瘤?病理诊断为:睾丸神经内分泌瘤(青春期前型),术后辅以影像检查排除转移,随访3年,患者无复发及转移。结论睾丸神经内分泌瘤(青春期前型)是一种罕见的神经内分泌肿瘤,约占睾丸肿瘤的0.23%。临床表现及影像无特异性,诊断主要依靠病理,治疗以根治性手术为主,预后良好。

Objective To discuss the clinical features,diagnosis,prognosis and tissue sources of prepubertal-type testicular neuroendocrine tumor.Methods A case of prepubertal-type testicular neuroendocrine tumor was reported.Simultaneously,48 cases reported in China were retrieved for literatures review.Results The left testicle of the patient was swollen for 8 years,with progressive growth and pain.Imaging examination diagnosis maybe testicular germ cell tumor.The pathological diagnosis was a testicular neuroendocrine tumor,prepubertal-type and postoperative imaging excluded metastasis.During 3 years following-up,the patient had no recurrence or metastasis.Conclusion Pprepubertal-type testicular neuroendocrine tumor is a rare neuroendocrine tumor,and accounts for about 0.23%of testicular tumors.Clinical manifestations and images of it are not specific,the diagnosis mainly depends on pathology,and the treatment is mainly radical surgery,and the prognosis is good.
