脂肪酸对诱导多能干细胞分化成熟为心肌细胞的影响进展

摘要 近年来,心血管疾病的发病率呈现持续增长的趋势,而心血管的发病年龄也逐年下降,而心肌细胞作为人体内为数不多不可再生的细胞,对于诱导多能干细胞分化成熟为心肌细胞的研究对于心脏疾病的治疗和研究有着不可估量的作用,在细胞学层面对心血管疑难杂症进行定向治疗。而对于多能干细胞分化成熟为心肌细胞的过程来说,无论是对于细胞的代谢、细胞器的发育、特定基因的表达以及特定功能的发挥,脂肪酸有着很大的影响作用。本文旨在阐述近年来国内外对于脂肪酸对诱导多功能干细胞分化成熟为心肌细胞影响的研究进展。 In recent years,the incidence of cardiovascular disease shows a continuous increase,and the age of cardiovascular morbidity is also decreasing year by year,As cardiomyocytes are one of the few non-renewable cells in the human body,the research on inducing pluripotent stem cells to differentiate and mature into cardiomyocytes has an invaluable role in the treatment and research of heart diseases.This study could also contribute to the study of cardiac repair and the targeted treatment of difficult cardiovascular diseases at cytological level.And for the process of differentiation and maturation of pluripotent stem cells into cardiomyocytes,Fatty acids have a strong influence on cellular metabolism,organelle development,expression of specific genes and the performance of specific functions.The purpose of this paper is to describe the recent progress of research on the effect of fatty acids on inducing multifunctional stem cells to differentiate and mature into cardiomyocytes in China and abroad.
