摘要
随着积极心理学的兴起,对中小学教师的研究开始关注教师的工作投入。职业中后期的教师掌握了基本的工作技能,花较少时间就可以满足日常工作所需,因此有更大空间决定如何使用剩余精力。国外英文文献中对于积极投入的职业中后期教师的相关研究,提出了影响教师工作投入的七个因素。这些因素对教师产生什么样的影响,很大程度上受制于教师的个人特性。教师来到学校,不只是作为专业工作者,也带来了自己的个人信念和生活经历。这使得有关教师工作投入的研究发现具有相对性和多样性,每位教师都可以对周遭环境作出不同反应。
With the development of positive psychology,research on primary and sec-ondary school teachers began to focus on teachers'work engagement.Teachers in the mid-dle and later stages of their career possess basic working skills.They are able to spend less time to meet the needs of daily work.Therefore,they have more room to decide how to spend their energy.Based on a systematic review of 25 English articles on mid-and late-career teachers who positively engaged in their work,this study identifies seven factors that influence teachers'work engagement.More importantly,the influences of the factors are largely determined by individual teachers.Teachers come to school,not only as a profes-sional worker,but also bring their own personal beliefs and life history.Consequently,find-ings of research on teacher work engagement are relative and diverse.Teachers may re-spond differently to their surrounding environment.
