普通学校开展超常儿童教育的现实需要、主要特征以及路径选择 被引量:6

Practical Needs, Key Features and Path Options for Gifted Education in General Schools

摘要 中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会报告明确指出,教育、科技、人才是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性的支撑,科技是第一生产力,人才是第一资源,创新是第一动力。在国家大力推进拔尖创新人才培养的时代背景下,由普通学校开展超常儿童教育成为众多专家学者的共识。普通学校承担超常儿童培养工作是推动国家科技创新进步的需要、应对国际化教育发展浪潮的需要、完善我国现代化教育体系的需要、保障超常儿童个性化发展的需要。教育理念全纳化、鉴别评估动态化、教育安置融合化、教学活动差异化、培养模式一体化已经成为普通学校开展超常儿童教育的主要特征。为了进一步提升我国普通学校的超常儿童教育质量,必须加快推进超常儿童教育法制建设、持续增加超常儿童教育经费投入、不断强化超常儿童教育科研引领、切实提高超常儿童教师专业水平、全面优化超常儿童家庭教育指导。 The report to the 20th CPC National Congress clearly points out that education, science and technology, and human resources are the foundational and strategic pillars for building a modern socialist country in all respects. We must regard science and technology as our primary productive force, talent as our primary resource, and innovation as our primary driver of growth. In the context of the national effort to promote the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents, it has become a consensus among many experts and scholars that gifted education should be carried out in general schools. The need for general schools to undertake gifted education is the need to promote the progress of national science and technology innovation, to cope with the wave of international education development, to improve our modern education system, and to guarantee the individualized development of gifted children. Inclusive education philosophy, dynamic identification and assessment, integrated educational placement, differentiated teaching and learning activities, and integrated cultivation models have become the key features of gifted education in general schools. In order to improve the quality of gifted education in general schools in China, it is necessary to accelerate the legal construction of gifted education, increase the investment in gifted education, strengthen the leadership of scientific research in gifted education, improve the professional level of teachers for gifted children, and optimize the guidance of family education for gifted children.
