以信息通信技术与人工智能分析为表征的数据解析与犯罪预测,已经开始被应用于包括警务执法活动在内的诸多领域,取得了一定效果,但也面临容易遭到滥用、侵犯个体权利等诸多指摘。但在意识到上述缺点的同时,不应该一味强调大数据警务的消极方面,而是要在讨论其积极方面的基础上,找寻到随时变化的社会可容许性的最大公约数,进而探讨对其加以落实的平衡点,同时关注日后技术的发展与社会状况的变化,并在此基础上不断展开讨论。

Data analysis and crime prediction, represented by Information and Communication Technology(ICT) and Artificial Intelligence(AI) analysis, have begun to be applied in many fields,including police enforcement activities, and have achieved some results, but are also vulnerable to abuse, violation of individual rights and many other accusations. However, while recognizing the shortcomings, we should not emphasize its negative side wantonly, but should discuss its positive side and ensure its effective implementation of specific programs at the same time, find the maximum common ground of social acceptability that changes at any time, find the balance point of discussion,and also pay attention to the future technological development and changes in social conditions, and continue to discuss on this basis.
