摘要
针对名义制冷量为65 kW的小型冷水机组,使用R452B制冷剂直接充注替代原有R410A制冷剂开展了性能试验研究,测定了机组在名义工况、最大负荷工况、最小负荷工况、最高压力工况等四类工况下的制冷量、压缩机耗功、COP和压缩机排气温度等关键运行参数。结果表明:相同工况条件下,R452B机组的制冷量均低于R410A机组、排气温度均高于R410A机组;除最高压力工况外,R452B机组的COP比R410A机组高2.1%~3.6%。综合考虑替代成本、制冷剂充注量、机组运行能效和减排量等因素,R452B在小型冷水机组领域的推广前景良好。
For a small water chiller with a nominal cooling capacity of 65 kW,an experiment on R452 B as drop-in replacement for R410 A was carried out,and the key operation parameters including cooling capacity,compressor power consumption,COP and compressor exhaust temperature,were measured under four working conditions:nominal working condition,maximum load working condition,minimum load working condition and maximum pressure working condition.The results indicate that under the same working condition,the cooling capacity of R452 B unit is lower than R410 A unit,the exhaust temperature of R452 B unit is higher than R410 A unit,and the COP of R452 B unit is 2.1%~3.6%higher than R410 A unit except the maximum pressure condition.Considering such factors as replacement cost,refrigerant charging volume,unit operation efficiency and emission reduction,the promotion prospect of R452 B in small water chiller is good.
