温度传感器偏差故障对冷源系统的影响分析

摘要 偏差故障是冷源系统温度传感器最常见的故障之一,影响中央空调冷源系统的节能可靠运行。以夏热冬暖地区某建筑中央空调冷源系统,搭建Trnsys仿真模型,以室外干球温度传感器、冷冻供水温度传感器、冷却进水温度传感器为研究对象,探讨三种温度传感器发生不同程度偏差故障时,与冷源系统其他运行参数的耦合作用,及其对冷水机组工作性能和系统能耗的影响。结果表明:不同温度传感器偏差故障对系统其他运行参数、冷水机组工作性能及系统能耗影响规律不同。与其余两种温度传感器相比,室外干球温度传感器偏差故障对系统影响相对更大。 The bias fault is one of the most common faults of the temperature sensor in the cold source system,which affects the energy-saving and reliable operation of the central air-conditioning cold source system.In this paper,a Trnsys simulation model for central air conditioning cold source system with three kinds of sensors,i.e.,the outdoor dry bulb temperature sensor,chilled water temperature sensor,cooling water temperature sensor for a building in hot summer and warm winter zone was built.The influences of different degree bias faults of three kinds of temperature sensors on the operating properties and the system power consumption were discussed.The results show that the errors of different temperature sensors have different effects on other operating parameters,chiller performance and system energy consumption.Compared with the other two temperature sensors,the bias fault of outdoor dry bulb temperature sensor has a greater impact on the system.
