摘要
叶绿素含量是研究大豆光合作用的重要生理指标,对大豆产量和品质具有重要影响,因此,进行叶绿素含量和光合功能的同步分析具有重要意义。本研究以鼓粒期大豆叶片为研究对象,对63个样本的叶绿素含量和荧光参数进行相关分析,建立回归模型,并用28个样本验证集进行验证及评价。结果表明,可变荧光与初始荧光比(F_(v)/F_(o))、最大光化学效率(φ_(PO))、初始时间点活性反应中心捕获的单个激子驱动除QA外的电子传递的效率(ψ_(EO))、初始时间点用于电子传递的量子产额(φ_(EO))、t=t_(FM)时单位面积内电子传递的量子产额(ET_(O)/CS_(M))、性能指数(PI_(ABS))、J点相对可变荧光(V_(J))7个荧光参数与叶绿素含量相关性较好,相关系数分别为0.78、0.76、0.75、0.80、0.82、0.77、-0.75。回归模型方程为y=-0.138x_(1)+2.154x_(2)+0.002x_(3)+0.077x_(4)+0.076(R^(2)=0.694)(x_(1)、x_(2)、x_(3)、x_(4)和y分别为F_(v)/F_(o)、φ_(PO)、ET_(O)/CS_(M)、PI_(ABS)和叶绿素含量),验证模型决定系数(R^(2))=0.8058,均方根误差(RMSE)=0.2934,预测残差(RPD)=1.7738,该模型具有较好的预测效果,可以丰富非生物逆境胁迫下无损监测大豆叶绿素估算方法。回归和通径分析发现,ET_(O)/CS_(M)对叶绿素含量直接作用最大,φ_(PO)次之,F_(v)/F_(o)对叶绿素含量起直接负作用,PI_(ABS)直接作用最小,直接通径系数分别为0.706、0.382、-0.303、0.078。本研究实现了大豆叶绿素含量与光合功能的同步分析,明确了荧光参数对叶绿素含量的影响效应,可为调节栽培措施,实现大豆高产提供理论基础。
Chlorophyll content is an important physiological index that is directly linked to crop yield and its synchronous analysis is of great value.During this study,the relationship between the chlorophyll content and fluorescence parameters was analyzed and a regression model was established.Our results depicted a strong positive correlation between the chlorophyll content of soybean and the fluorescence parameters of F_(v)/F_(o),φ_(PO),ψ_(EO),φ_(EO),ET_(O)/CS_(M),PI_(ABS) and V_(J) with R^(2) values up to 0.78,0.76,0.75,0.80,0.82,0.77,-0.75.Furthermore,multiple stepwise regression model equation was y=-0.138x_(1)+2.154x_(2)+0.002x_(3)+0.077x_(4)+0.076(R^(2)=0.694)(x_(1),x_(2),x_(3),x_(4) and y were F_(v)/F_(o),φ_(PO),ET_(O)/CS_(M),PI_(ABS) and chlorophyll content,respectively).The determination coefficient(R^(2))of the validation model was 0.8058,the root mean square error(RMSE)was 0.2934,and the prediction residual(RPD)was 1.7738.Overall,the established model had very good predictions and can serve as a non-destructive method to monitor soybean chlorophyll.Furthermore,the regression and path analysis showed that ET_(O)/CS_(M) had the greatest direct effect on chlorophyll contents,followed by φ_(PO) and F_(v)/F_(o) had a direct negative effect on chlorophyll content,while the PI_(ABS) had the least direct effect.The direct path coefficients remained 0.706,0.382,-0.303 and 0.078,respectively.In short,we presented the relationship of fluorescence parameters on chlorophyll content that could be used for the effective monitoring of soybean crop quality to optimize crop production.
