摘要 为研究切削用量对微细铣削7075铝合金切削力的影响,采用正交试验法进行微细铣削7075铝合金的切削仿真研究,得到多组不同的切削力。对微细铣削仿真结果进行极差分析,得到切削用量对切削力影响程度的主次顺序及最优切削方案。通过微细铣削7075铝合金的切削试验,将仿真和试验结果作对比分析,验证了微细铣削仿真模型的准确性及合理性。在此加工仿真模型基础上,进一步采用单因素试验法进行了微细铣削仿真,分析了微细铣削7075铝合金时不同切削用量对切削力的影响规律。研究结果表明:切削用量影响微细铣削7075铝合金切削力的主次顺序从大到小依次为背吃刀量、切削速度和每齿进给量;背吃刀量与切削力成正比,切削速度则与之成反比。 In order to study the effect of cutting parameters on the cutting force of micro-milling 7075 aluminum alloy,the orthogonal test method is used to simulate the micro-milling 7075 aluminum alloy finite element processing.Several groups of different cutting forces are obtained.The range analysis of micro milling simulation results is carried out,and the primary and secondary order and optimal scheme of the influence of cutting parameters on cutting force are obtained.Through the cutting test of micro-milling 7075 aluminum alloy,the experimental results are compared with the simulation results to verify the accuracy and rationality of the micro milling simulation model.On the basis of this machining simulation model,the single factor experiment method is used to simulate the aluminum alloy milling process,and the influence of different parameters on the milling force is analyzed.The research results show that,from large to small,the primary and secondary order that affects the cutting force is the amount of back-cutting,the cutting speed and the feed per tooth.The amount of back cutting is proportional to the cutting force,and the cutting speed is inversely proportional to it.
