加工参数对大应变挤出切削6061铝合金切削力影响的研究

摘要 通过正交试验进行了大应变挤出切削(LSEM)6061铝合金的切削力仿真,建立了LSEM有限元分析模型,对LSEM过程中产生的切削力进行了直观分析,包括刀具前角、主刀具刀尖钝圆半径等加工参数对主刀具切削力和限制刀具切削力的影响程度,并确定了最优加工参数组合。对切削力正交仿真试验结果进行方差分析并确定非常显著和显著影响的加工参数。分析结果表明:在给定的参数范围内,主刀具的平均主切削力远大于平均进给抗力,而限制刀具正好相反;切削厚度对主刀具平均合力的影响最大,切屑压缩比对限制刀具平均合力的影响最大,获取最小主刀具平均合力和限制刀具平均合力的最优方案略有不同;各加工参数对主刀具平均合力和限制刀具平均合力影响的重要程度有差异。分析结果为LSEM制备6061铝合金切屑带材的加工参数优化奠定了基础。 The cutting force simulation of large strain extrusion Machining(LSEM)6061 aluminum alloy is carried out by utilizing the orthogonal experimental design.The finite element analysis model of LSEM is established.Visual analysis of the cutting forces generated during the LSEM process is carried out.The influence of machining parameters such as the rake angle of the tool and the blunt radius of the main tooltip on the cutting force of the main tool and the constraint tool cutting force is analyzed,and the optimal combination of processing parameters is determined.The variance analysis is carried out on the orthogonal simulation test results of cutting force,and the process parameters with very significant and significant effects were determined.Research and analysis show that,within the given parameter range,the average main cutting force of the main tool is much greater than the average feed resistance,while the constraint tool is just the opposite.The cutting thickness has the greatest influence on the resultant average force of the main tool,and the chip compression ratio has the greatest impact on the average force of the constraint tool.The effect of the resultant force is the greatest,and the optimal solutions for obtaining the minimum main tool average resultant force and constraint the average tool resultant force are slightly different.The importance of each machining parameter on the main tool average resultant force and the constraint tool average resultant force is not alike.The analysis results lay a foundation for optimizing the processing parameters of the 6061 aluminum alloy chip strip prepared by LSEM.
