摘要
研究了钻头外缘转角结构对叠层结构的切削力、界面损伤和出口毛刺影响关系。结果表明:与麻花钻相比,使用外缘转角处钻尖角较小的双锋角钻头加工CFRP层时,轴向力降低54%左右,加工钛合金层时,轴向力降低52%左右;麻花钻钻削后的CFRP/钛合金叠层界面损伤比双锋角钻头小,且钛合金层出口毛刺较短;界面损伤和出口毛刺与钻头外缘转角结构存在较大关系,外缘转角处的钻尖角较大时界面损伤较小。因此,开发CFRP/钛合金叠层结构专用制孔钻头时必须重点关注外缘转角结构设计。
In this paper,the influence of drill bit outer corner structure on thrust force,interface damage and exit burr are studied.The results show that the thrust forces of double point angle drill are about 54%and 52%less than that of the twist drill in CFRP layer and titanium alloy layer.The damage of CFRP/titanium alloy stack interface by twist drill drilling is smaller than that by double point angle drill drilling,and the burr is shorter at the hole exit.Interface damage and exit burr are closely related to the outer corner structure of the drill,the point angle of the drill at the outer corner is larger,the damage of the interface is smaller.Therefore,when developing CFRP/Titanium alloy stack drills,it is necessary to pay attention to the outer corner structure design of drill.
