摘要
钢渣作为炼钢工业的副产物,经过粉磨后,可形成一定细度的粉体,具备作为环氧树脂体系填料的基本性能。采用偶联剂对钢渣微粉进行表面改性,并对其在桥梁加固用环氧树脂结构胶体系中的应用进行了研究,结果表明:钢渣填料的引入有助于提高环氧树脂结构胶胶体的压缩性能,当偶联剂浓度为0.2%~0.5%时,其压缩性能与硅微粉填料接近,明显高于不使用填料体系。偶联剂对于钢渣粉的改性有效提高体系的剪切性能,远远优于不掺填料与硅微粉体系。钢渣粉与硅微粉等填料的引入均降低了环氧树脂固化物的拉伸强度、弯曲强度与伸长率。偶联剂对于钢渣微粉改性的最佳浓度为0.2%.
As a by-product of the steel industry,the steel slag can be ground to a certain fineness of powder,to have basic properties as the filler of the epoxy resin system.In this paper,the steel slag powder was modified by the coupling agent,and its application in the expoxy resin structural adhesive system for bridge reinforcement was studied.The results show that introducing the steel slag as the filler can improve the compressive performance of the epoxy resin structural adhesive,which is significantly higher than that of the system without any filler,and when the concentration of the coupling agent is 0.2% to 0.5%,the compressive performance is close to that of silica powder.Using the coupling agent to modify the steel slag powder can effectively improve the shear performance of the system,which is much better than that of the system without the filler and silica powder system.Fillers such as steel slag powder and silica powder can reduce the tensile strength,bending strength,and elongation.The optimal concentration of the coupling agent to modify the steel slag powder is 0.2%.
