工艺参数对橡胶沥青综合性能的影响

摘要 通过对橡胶沥青常规物理性能分析,系统地研究了胶粉掺量、搅拌温度和搅拌时间对橡胶沥青综合性能的影响。研究结果表明:低掺量时,胶粉颗粒充分溶胀,沥青与胶粉之间形成交联网络结构,改善了橡胶沥青的性能。而高掺量时,胶粉颗粒溶胀不充分,对橡胶沥青性能的持续改善不明显。高搅拌温度或长搅拌时间,使胶粉溶胀速度加快,橡胶沥青的性能得到改善。但温度过高或搅拌时间过长,胶粉会发生脱硫和裂解反应,减少了胶粉与沥青之间的交联作用,降低了橡胶沥青的性能。基于橡胶沥青性能的综合分析确定工艺条件为:胶粉掺量20%、搅拌温度190℃、搅拌时间60 min。 By analyzing the regular physical performance of the rubber asphalt,the impact of the dosage of the rubber powder and the mixing temperature and time on the overall performance of the rubber asphalt is systematically studied.The results show that,with the low dosage,the rubber particle is fully expanded,and a crosslinking network structure is formed between the asphalt and the rubber,improving the performance of the rubber asphalt.While with the high dosage,there is no obvious continuous improvement of the performance because the rubber powder is not fully expanded.The high mixing temperature or long mixing time can accelerate the expansion of the rubber particle so as to improve the performance of the rubber asphalt.However,too high mixing temperature or too long mixing time would cause the desulfurization and cracking reaction of the rubber powder,reducing the crosslinking effect between the rubber powder and the asphalt and degrading the performance.According to the comprehensive analysis of the performance of the rubber asphalt,the optimal technical conditions are rubber powder of 20%,mixing temperature of 190℃,and mixing time of 60 min.
