曲线梁桥径向偏位影响因素分析及防治措施

摘要 从桥梁构造及其所受的作用和桥梁病害等方面通过有限元分析了曲线梁桥径向偏位影响因素并提出了针对性的防治措施。小曲率半径、纵向联长布置、均匀温升、伸缩缝堵塞卡死是造成桥梁沿曲线外侧径向偏位的主要影响因素,均匀温降有利于梁体复位。桥梁设计中应充分考虑不同曲率半径桥梁的受力性能,科学合理地确定桥梁构造和合龙温度,且应加强伸缩缝的日常养护,以降低桥梁径向偏位的风险。 From the bridge structure and its action,the bridge diseases,and other aspects,this paper used the finite element to analyze the influencing factors of the radial deviation of the curved girder bridge,and proposed targeted prevention measures.The main influencing factors causing the radial deviation along the outside of the bridge curve were small radius of curvature,longitudinal connection layout,uniform temperature rise,and expansion joints blocked,and the uniform temperature drop was helpful to reset the girder.In the bridge design,to reduce the risks of the radial deviation of the bridge,the mechanical property of bridges with different radii of curvature should be fully considered,the bridge structure and closure temperature should be scientifically and reasonably determined,and the daily maintenance of the expansion joint should be strengthened.
