摘要
高速公路是综合交通运输体系的重要组成部分,发挥着集疏运通道和衔接运输枢纽的纽带作用。近年来,高速公路客货运输突出、运输用能碳排放较高等交通问题,也促使人们对高速公路的管理和出行服务需求提出了更高的要求。高速公路公众出行服务的智慧化升级是基于路侧设备或移动终端将提取到路域多源数据融合信息,反馈给道路管理者和出行人员。聚焦交通基础信息应用、交通路况信息管理、ETC运营服务、出行信息发布以及服务评价管理5个方面对如何改善高速公路的服务水平进行探讨,从而有效提升交通安全保障,路段管理水平和道路服务能力。
Expressway is an important component of the comprehensive transportation system,and it plays the role of collecting and distributing channels and connecting transportation hubs.In recent years,traffic problems such as prominent highway passenger and freight transport,and high transporting energy and carbon emissions make people propose higher requirements for the management and travel service demand of expressways.The intelligent upgrade of public travel service for expressway is based on the roadside device or mobile terminal,extracts the road domain multi-source data fusion information,and feeds it back to road managers and travelers.Focusing on five aspects of traffic basic information application,traffic information management,ETC operation service,travel information publishment,and service assessment management,this paper discussed how to improve the expressway service level to effectively upgrade the traffic safety guarantee,road section management level,and road service level.
