Design of QR Code Scanning and Physical Inventory System for College Assets Based on Android Platform

基于Android平台,设计一款符合高校资产管理工作特点的二维码扫描盘点系统。系统主要包括二维码标签、Android智能移动终端以及资产清单(Excel文档)。盘点时,利用Android手机自带的摄像头对固定资产标签贴的二维码进行扫描,通过内置算法将扫描信息转换成资产编号等信息,调取资产清单中的详细设备信息进行比对。信息匹配的资产根据状态写入相应的标记,方便管理人员进行资产盘点等工作。系统设计完成后,在计算机房进行现场实验,其工作效率约为手工盘点的6倍。

Based on Android platform, a QR Code scanning inventory system is designed in line with the characteristics of asset management in colleges and universities. The system mainly includes QR Code label, Android intelligent mobile terminal, asset list(Excel document). During inventory taking, the camera of Android phone is used to scan the QR Code attached to the label of fixed assets,and the scanning information is converted into the asset number and other information through the built-in algorithm. The detailed equipment information in the asset list is retrieved for comparison, and corresponding marks are written on the matched assets according to their status, which is convenient for the management personnel to carry out asset inventory and other work. After the system design is completed, the field experiment is carried out in the computer room, and its work efficiency is about 6 times that of manual inventory.
