针对ATSC 3.0标准傅里叶信道估计算法的改进

摘要 ATSC 3.0标准建议在单频网(Single Frequency Network,SFN)场景下使用离散傅里叶变换(Discrete Fourier Transform,DFT)信道估计,但是DFT信道估计与ATSC 3.0标准中的一些导频图样存在矛盾之处,因为其导频数不是2的幂次数。因此,提出一种修正DFT信道估计方法。不同于传统DFT估计,所提方法不再受导频数量的限制,适用于任何导频图样。仿真结果表明,在导频数为2的幂次数时,所提方法具备和传统DFT估计同样的性能;在其他情况下,所提方法的性能远远优于传统DFT估计。 The ATSC 3.0 standard recommends using Discrete Fourier Transform(DFT) channel estimation in Single Frequency Network(SFN) scenarios. However, DFT channel estimation is inconsistent with some pilot patterns in the ATSC 3.0 standard because the number of pilots is not a power of 2. Therefore, a modified DFT channel estimation method is proposed. Different from the traditional DFT estimation, the proposed method is no longer limited by the number of pilots, and is applicable to any pilot pattern. Simulation results show that the proposed method has the same performance as the traditional DFT estimation when the pilot number is a power of 2;In other cases, the performance of the proposed method is much better than that of traditional DFT estimation.
