基于数字相控阵雷达的同步技术设计

摘要 为提高近海沿岸手机相控阵监控系统中的数字相控阵雷达技术的性能,对其影响因素进行分析,得出性能影响因素为数字波束形成,而数字波束形成与天线阵面的同步性能有关。因此,为实现数字相控阵雷达前端的同步,设计了一套时间同步系统,以主瓣-3 dB波束宽度的优化作为同步性能的指标,在相位误差为9°时,所对应的时延误差均值为25.8 ps。通过在时间同步系统中应用分布式锁相环技术、时间数字转换器技术等对数字相控阵雷达进行设计,通过试验验证可知,经同步设计优化后的数字相控阵雷达对应的时延误差均值约为20 ps,满足同步性能指标的要求,并且在进行采样时输出信号稳定、同步性较好。 In order to improve the performance of the digital phased array radar technology in the coastal mobile phone phased array monitoring system, the influencing factors were analyzed. The results show that the influencing factors are digital beamforming, and digital beamforming is related to the synchronization performance of the antenna array. Therefore, in order to realize the front end synchronization of digital phased array radar, a set of time synchronization system is designed, which takes the optimization of the main lobe-3 dB beam width as the index of synchronization performance. When the phase error is 9°, the corresponding average time delay error is 25.8 ps. The digital phased array radar is designed by using distributed Phase-Locked Loop(PLL) technology and time digital converter technology in the time synchronization system, and the experimental verification shows that the average time delay error of the digital phased array radar optimized by synchronous design is about 20 ps, which meets the requirements of synchronization performance index, and the output signal is stable and synchronously good when sampling.
