摘要
通过运用MPEG-2编码技术对广播电视音视频素材进行压缩,借助SRS码率平滑算法同步TS数据流波动,并针对平滑算法中存在的不足,利用计数差方式对PCR基准值进行校正,以实现TS数据流封装打包,形成可用于传输的IP流,为广播电视事业的扩容奠定一定基础。
In this paper, MPEG-2 coding technology is used to compress broadcast and TV audio and video materials, and SRS rate smoothing algorithm is used to synchronize the fluctuation of TS data stream. In view of the shortcomings in the smoothing algorithm,PCR reference value is corrected by counting difference method, so as to realize the packaging and packaging of TS data stream and form IP stream that can be used for transmission. It lays a certain foundation for the development and expansion of broadcasting and television undertakings.
