地面数字电视是推进地面电视数字化进程中重点依托的技术。近年来,伴随着我国地面电视数字化的快速发展,地面数字电视的相关技术标准和体系持续建设和完善,进一步增强了地面数字电视应用的效果。地面数字电视监测技术作为监测地面数字电视技术应用状况,及时发现和优化解决地面数字电视应用问题的技术要素,是当前急需创新研究的内容。为此,立足“十四五”时期地面数字电视技术应用的规划,在概述地面数字电视的基础上,就地面数字电视监测的主要技术方法及应用的要点进行分析明确,为地面数字电视应用监测和优化提供相关内容参考。

Terrestrial digital TV is the key technology to promote the digitalization of terrestrial TV. In recent years, with the rapid development of digital terrestrial television in China, the related technical standards and systems of terrestrial digital television have been continuously built and improved, which further enhances the application effect of terrestrial digital television. Digital terrestrial television monitoring technology, as a technical element to monitor the application status of digital terrestrial television technology,timely discover and optimize the solution of digital terrestrial television application problems, is an urgent need for innovative research at present. Based on the planning of terrestrial digital TV technology application during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, this paper briefly introduces terrestrial digital TV, and analyzes the main technical methods and application points of terrestrial digital TV monitoring, so as to provide relevant reference for monitoring and optimization of terrestrial digital TV application.
