改良E字法在口内数字化印模制取中的临床对比研究

Clinical comparative study of modified E-word method in oral digital impression making

目的:分析比较3种口内扫描方法,为口腔正畸数字化牙牙合模型的制取,扫描流程及方法的制定提供参考依据。方法:选择符合纳入标准的99名正畸初诊患者进行数字化牙牙合模型的制取。采用随机数字表法分为改良E字法、E字法、分段法3组,进行口内扫描。比较使用3组方法的口内扫描时间及患者舒适度、满意度。结果:改良E字法扫描时间明显短于E字法和分段法(P<0.01),且患者满意度和舒适度均高于E字法和分段法(P<0.01)。结论:在口内数字化牙牙合模型制取中,使用改良E字法,可有效提高医护人员的工作效率、缩短扫描时间,提高患者的舒适度和满意度。

Objective:To analyze and compare three kinds of oral scanning methods,and to provide reference for the making of digital orthodontic dental occlusion model,scanning process and method.Methods:Ninety-nine orthodontic patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected to make digital dental occlusion model.They were divided into three groups for oral scanning,modified E-word method,E-word method and local segmentation method.The analysis of intraoral scanning time,patients’comfort and satisfaction were compared among the three groups.Results:The scanning time of modified E-word method was significantly shorter than that of E-word method and local segmentation method(P<0.01),and patients’satisfaction and comfort were higher than that of E-word method and local segmentation method(P<0.01).Conclusion:The modified E-word method can effectively improve the working efficiency of medical staff,shorten the scanning time,and improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients in the oral digital dental occlusion model.
