摘要
利用腐植酸良好的化学活性和生物活性,将其作为水果免套袋膜剂的合成原料,制备具有多重功能性的腐植酸型水果免套袋膜剂,替代现有套袋技术。以腐植酸钾、魔芋精粉、壳聚糖、聚乙烯醇为主要原料,橄榄油作为增塑剂,通过控制腐植酸钾的用量,制得不同配比的多功能腐植酸型水果免套袋膜剂。对不同配比腐植酸型水果免套袋膜剂及形成的薄膜进行红外光谱分析、紫外光谱分析、粒径测试、稳定性测试以及水接触角测试、吸水性测试,结果表明:当魔芋精粉0.5 g,壳聚糖1 g,聚乙烯醇0.25 mL,橄榄油1.5 mL,冰乙酸0.5 mL,水100 mL时,腐植酸钾添加量为0.1 g,腐植酸型水果免套袋膜剂的稳定性最优,大于6个月,具有很强的紫外吸收能力,提高了其抗老化性,可满足户外长期使用;且膜剂成膜后薄膜的吸水率增加181.31%,能够持续满足水果在生长期内对水分的需求。
Utilizing the good chemical and biological activity of humic acid, it is used as the synthetic raw material of film agent for fruit bagging-free. Preparation of humic acid type film agent for fruit bagging-free with multiple functions to replace the existing bagging technology. Multifunctional humic acid type film agent for fruit bagging-free preparations with different ratios were prepared by using potassium humate, konjac fl our, chitosan and polyvinyl alcohol as major raw materials and olive oil as plasticizer, and controlling the amount of potassium humate. The different proportions of humic acid type fi lm agent for fruit bagging-free and the formed fi lm were analyzed by FTIR analysis, UV analysis,particle size test, stability test, water contact angle test and water absorption test. The results showed that the humic acid type fi lm agent for fruit bagging-free had the best stability(more than 6 months), had a strong UV absorption ability with 0.5 g konjac fl our, 1 g chitosan, 0.25 mL polyvinyl alcohol, 1.5 mL olive oil, 0.5 mL glacial acetic acid, 100 mL water and 0.1 g potassium humate, which improved antiaging properties and could meet the long-term outdoor use. The water absorption of the fi lm increased by 181.31% after the fi lm was formed that could continuously meet the water demand of the fruit during the growing period.
