摘要 苛刻的工况条件会造成深水管道在铺设和服役过程中承受较大应变,并使其产生较大的弯曲变形甚至断裂。采用基于应变的管道设计方法,同时提高海洋管线管的应变能力,是保证海底管道安全的重要措施。介绍了我国在海底管道设计、高应变海洋管线管钢管/钢板制造技术、管线焊接连接技术、管材评估技术等方面取得的一系列研究成果,以及开发的大厚径比L485高应变海洋管线管及其配套用钢板、制管用埋弧焊材、管道连接用气保焊丝等产品的性能,对于高应变海洋管线管规模化应用及进一步开展相关研究工作具有重要意义。 Severe operating conditions will cause the deep water pipeline to bear large strain in the process of pipe laying and service,and make it appear large bending deformation,even fracture.It is an important measure to ensure the safety of submarine pipelines to adopt the strain based design method and improve the strain capacity of submarine line pipes.This paper introduces a series of research results relating to the submarine pipeline design,high strain submarine line pipe/plate manufacturing technology,pipeline welding connection technology,pipe material evaluation technology,and introduces the performance of the developed L485 high strain marine line pipe with large t/D and matched steel plate,SAW welding material used in pipe-making process and GMAW wire used in girth welding.It is of great significance for large-scale application of high strain submarine line pipes and further research work.
