S135钻杆管体刺穿失效分析

摘要 某油气井的钻杆在钻进过程中发生了刺穿失效,为了确定其刺穿失效的原因,对该失效钻杆进行了宏观形貌分析、化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相分析、扫描电镜分析和能谱分析。试验分析结果表明,该钻杆管体的化学成分、拉伸性能和夏比冲击试验结果符合API Spec 5DP—2020《钻杆》标准的要求。该钻杆失效的主要原因是其管体存在原始裂纹缺陷,在使用过程中由于交变载荷及高压泥浆的作用,该原始裂纹逐渐扩展并最终穿透管壁使钻杆管体刺穿失效。 The drill pipe of an oil and gas well suffered from puncture failure during drilling.In order to determine the cause of puncture failure,the macro morphology analysis,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test,metallographic analysis,SEM and EDS were carried out on the failed drill pipe.The results show that the chemical composition,tensile properties and Charpy impact energy of the drill pipe body meet the requirements of API Spec 5DP-2020“Drill Pipe”.The main reason for the failure of the drill pipe is the original crack in the pipe body.Due to the alternating load and the effect of high-pressure mud during the service,the original crack gradually expands and finally penetrates the pipe wall,making the drill pipe body punctured.
