本科层次职业教育发展路径研究

Research on the Way to Improve the Undergraduate Vocational Education

提升职业教育质量既是适应时代变化的重要步骤,又是满足我国经济社会发展对职业人才需求的关键举措。职业院校是地方人才的培养基地,本科层次职业教育工作的开展可以有效推动高职院校人才培养质量的提升及学生的成长发展,对本地区企业生产能力及经济效益的提升具有一定的帮助。但部分高职院校仍旧存在师资力量不足、人才培养目标模糊、人才培养方式单一以及培养计划不全面等问题,阻碍了我国本科层次职业教育工作的开展。因此,高职院校领导应进一步加强教师队伍建设,深化与地方企业及高校之间的沟通交流,丰富本校教学资源数量与种类,提升本科层次职业教育建设工作的质量和效率,促进高职院校学生的全面发展。

Improving the quality of vocational education is not only an important step to adapt to the changes of the times,but also a key measure to meet the needs of Chinese economic and social development for vocational talents.As a local talent training base,vocational colleges can effectively promote the quality of talent training and the growth and development of students in vocational colleges by carrying out undergraduate level vocational education,which is beneficial to the improvement of production capacity and economic benefits of enterprises in the region.However,some vocational colleges still have some problems,such as insufficient teachers,vague talent training objectives,single talent training methods and incomplete training plans,which hinder the development of undergraduate level vocational education in China.Therefore,the leaders of higher vocational colleges should further strengthen the construction of the teaching team,deepen the communication with local enterprises and colleges,enrich the quantity and types of teaching resources,improve the quality and efficiency of vocational education construction at the undergraduate level,and promote the overall development of students in higher vocational colleges.
