行业特色型大学校友捐赠文化构建的思考——以B大学为例

Thoughts on the Construction of Alumni Donation Culture of Industry-oriented Universities——A Case Study of B University

校友捐赠文化体现校友凝聚力,是母校文化基因和精神传承中极其重要的一部分。通过梳理文献、发放调查问卷,访谈18位有捐赠经历的校友和校友会或基金会的工作人员,归纳和提炼影响校友捐赠文化发展的因素,探索在此基础上进一步构建成熟良性的校友捐赠文化发展路径,希望能对国内高校有所启发,进而推动国内校友捐赠文化的发展。调研结果包括:1)完善工作体系,拓宽筹资渠道;2)做好校友联络工作,加强学校与校友间的联系;3)加大宣传力度,发挥榜样力量;4)全面培养综合人才,营造校园人文氛围。

Alumni donation culture reflects alumni cohesion,which is an extremely important part of Alma Matar’s cultural gene and spiritual inheritance.By reviewing literature,issuing questionnaires,and interviewing 18 alumni and alumni association or foundation staff with donation experience,this paper summarizes and refines the factors affecting the development of alumni donation culture,and explores the path to further build a mature and better alumni donation culture.Main results from the empirical study includes:1)Improve working system and broaden the financing channels.2)Make good contact with alumni and strengthen their relationship.3)Enhance publicity of the alumni model.4)Comprehensively cultivate talents and create a donation atmosphere on campus.
