党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视意识形态建设,面对世界百年未有之大变局和国际国内复杂严峻的意识形态斗争形势,始终把意识形态建设摆在极端重要位置,不断深化对意识形态建设的规律性认识,高举旗帜,以前所未有的勇气、决心和力度,敢于斗争、勇于斗争、善于斗争,毫不松懈地加强党对意识形态工作的全面领导,牢牢掌握了意识形态工作的领导权、管理权和话语权;确立和坚持了马克思主义在意识形态领域指导地位的根本制度,构建起意识形态工作制度体系;牢牢巩固了全党全国各族人民团结奋斗的共同思想基础;网络舆论乱象得到有效治理,牢牢掌控了网络意识形态工作的主导权。我国意识形态建设取得了伟大成就,意识形态形势发生了根本性转变,对于新时代新征程继续加强我国意识形态工作、全面建成社会主义现代化强国和全面推进中华民族伟大复兴具有重大的理论和现实意义。

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,has attached great importance to ideological construction.In the face of the unprecedented changes in the world in a century and the complex and severe situation of ideological struggle at home and abroad,the Party has always placed ideological construction in an extremely important position,constantly deepened the understanding of the regularity of ideological construction,held the banner high,and with unprecedented courage,determination and strength,strengthened the overall leadership of ideological work with unrelenting efforts,and firmly grasped the leadership,management and discourse power of ideological work.The Party has established and adhered to the fundamental system of the guiding position of Marxism in the field of ideology,and built an institutional system of ideological work.It has firmly consolidated the common ideological basis for the unity and struggle of the whole Party and the whole nation.It has also effectively managed the chaos of network public opinion,and firmly grasped the dominant power of network ideological work.China’s ideological construction has made great achievements and the ideological situation has undergone a fundamental change,which is of great theoretical and practical significance to continue to strengthen China’s ideological work,build a great modern socialist country in all respects and comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era and new journey.
