摘要 环境现状监测技术是大气环境影响评价工作体系的重要内容。根据《环境空气质量标准》GB 3095-2012要求,统筹规划、系统安排、突出重点、逐步落实,全面提升环境现状监测现代化,并面向环境现状监测实际需要,阐明大气环境现状及变化趋势。据此,文章以大气环境影响评价环境现状监测的技术要点为研究方向,在对当前我国环境现状监测进行分析的基础上,提出环境现状监测技术要点,旨在为促进我国社会环境现状监测的发展提供理论指导与帮助。 Environmental monitoring technology is an important part of atmospheric environmental impact assessment system.According to the requirements of“environmental air quality standard”GB 3095-2012,overall planning,systematic arrangement,highlight the key points,gradually implement,comprehensively improve the modernization of environmental status monitoring and facing the actual needs of environmental status monitoring,clarify the atmospheric environment status and change trend.Therefore,this paper takes the technical key points of environmental status detection in atmospheric environmental impact assessment as the research direction,based on the analysis of the current status of environmental monitoring,this paper puts forward the key points of environmental monitoring technology,aiming to provide theoretical guidance and help for promoting the development of social environmental monitoring.
