新时期下环境影响评价工作分析

Analysis of Environmental Impact Assessment in the New Era

随着可持续理念的不断发展,环境保护意识已经深入人心。为了实现可持续发展战略目标,面对全新的发展形式构建科学、合理的环境影响品质评价机制至关重要。从客观角度来说,环境影响评价机制的建立可以更加科学有效地针对已经出现的环境问题展开分析和研究,然后制定对应的防范政策,另一方面环境影响评价机制的构建也对城市发展以及城市环境综合治理有着突出的作用。基于此,本文主要针对当前环境影响评价工作中突出存在的问题进行分析,然后结合具体问题具体分析,阐述对应的优化对策,期望对推动城市发展有所帮助。

With the continuous development of sustainable concept,environmental protection has been deeply rooted in people’s hearts.In order to meet the strategic goal of sustainable development,it is very important to construct a scientifi c and reasonable evaluation mechanism of environmental impact quality in the face of a new development form.From an objective point of view,the establishment of environmental impact assessment mechanism can more scientifi cally and effectively analyze and study the existing environmental problems,and then formulate corresponding preventive policies.On the other hand,the establishment of environmental impact assessment mechanism also plays an outstanding role in urban development and comprehensive urban environmental governance.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the outstanding problems in the current environmental impact assessment work,and then elaborates the corresponding optimization countermeasures based on the specifi c analysis of specifi c problems,expecting to help promote urban development.
