广州市某牛仔印染企业场地污染调查与评价

Investigation and Evaluation of the Site Pollution of a Cowboy Printing and Dyeing Factory in Guangzhou

本文以广州某牛仔印染企业遗留场地为例,依据《建设用地土壤污染风险评估技术导则》(HJ 25.3-2019)[1]对其进行地块调查及风险评估。调查检测结果表明,该企业地块不属于污染地块,无需开展土壤污染状况详细调查及风险评估工作,可进行后续开发利用。

The environmental site investigation and risk assessment were performed for the remaining site of a cowboy printing and dyeing factory according to Technical guidelines for risk assessment of soil contamination of land for construction(HJ 25.3-2019).The investigation and test results show that the factory plot is not a polluted plot,there is no need to carry out detailed investigation and risk assessment of soil pollution,and subsequent development and utilization can be carried out.
