朔黄铁路重载运输技术发展策略研究 被引量:9

摘要 国内外货运重载铁路主要采用了增加轴重、编组辆数、牵引质量来提高列车运行能力和运输效率,通过先进的检测监测技术加强设备寿命管理,重载运输技术向大轴重、长编组,更可靠、更智能发展。朔黄铁路作为国内第二条开行2万t重载列车的货运铁路,受客观条件限制,在提高列车轴重、增加单元列车质量、增加列车编组长度、优化列车编组方式、提升列车动力学安全性能等方面难度较大。为满足年运输能力提升至4.5亿t,加快智慧运输建设,本文立足朔黄铁路实际和发展定位,借鉴国内外重载运输技术发展经验,研究提出保障列车运行安全、增强线路运输能力、提升一体化运输效率、提高创新驱动水平等重载运输技术发展的主攻方向和重点任务。 The domestic and foreign heavy haul railway mainly adopts the method of increasing axle load,the number of marshalling vehicles,and the traction quality to improve the train operation capacity and trans⁃portation efficiency.The advanced detection and monitoring technology is used to strengthen the equipment life,and the heavy haul transportation technology is developed towards large axle load,long marshalling,more reliable,and more intelligent.As the second freight railway running 20000 t heavy haul trains in Chi⁃na,Shuohuang Railway is limited by objective conditions,and it is difficult to improve the axle load of trains,increase the quality of unit trains,increase the length of train formation,optimize the way of train for⁃mation,and improve the dynamic safety performance of trains.In order to meet the urgent need of increas⁃ing the annual transportation capacity to 450 million tons and accelerating the construction of intelligent trans⁃portation,this paper,based on the actual situation and development orientation of Shuohuang Railway,draws on the experience of heavy haul transportation technology development at home and abroad,studies and pro⁃poses the main directions and key tasks of heavy haul transportation technology development,such as ensur⁃ing train operation safety,enhancing line transportation capacity,improving integrated transportation efficiency,and improving innovation-driven level.
