基于CiteSpace的电力企业管理创新主题可视化研究

Visualization Study of Management Innovation Topics of Electric Power Enterprises Based on CiteSpace

电力企业管理创新是促进企业高质量可持续发展的不竭动力。为了分析电力企业在管理创新领域的实践情况和文献产出,以知网文献引文信息为数据来源、以CiteSpace v.6.0 R1为分析软件,从发文量、发文期刊、发文作者、研究机构、关键词等角度进行可视化分析。结果表明,电力企业在管理领域的创新研究热点主要集中于人资、财务、党建、营销、物资、预算、业务流程。存在的问题主要是获得资助较少,跨领域合作不足,理论突破困难。电力企业高质量发展应以大数据全覆盖为引领,寻求企业自身和行业层面的政策和资金支持,开展跨领域合作,并借助技术创新的驱动效应实现管理创新。

The management innovation of electric power enterprises can promote the high-quality sustainable development of these enterprises.To analyze the practice and document outputs of electric power enterprises in the field of management innovation,the visualization study is carried out from the perspective of number of published papers,journal,author,research institution and keywords with the literature from the CNKI data⁃base as the data source and CiteSpace v.6.0 R1 as the analysis software.The analysis result reveals that the management innovation research hotspots of electric power enterprises focus on human resources,finance,Par⁃ty building,marketing,materials,budget and business processes,and the existing issues primarily include in⁃sufficient funding,inadequate cross-domain cooperation and challenging theoretical breakthrough.High-quality development and management innovation of electric power enterprises should be led by full coverage of big data,benefited by policy and financial support from themselves and relative industries,promoted by cross-do⁃main cooperation,and realized by technological innovation.
