摘要
为了提升风电场的运营可靠性和发电量,充分发挥存量风机的价值和经济效益,必须进行技术升级改造。通过早期投产机组的调研分析,从控制策略方面对机组进行优化,在不改变风电机组硬件的前提下,通过优化控制策略提升发电量。对老旧机组控制策略进行分析,分析转矩控制中查表法的不足,引入新控制策略——最优C_(p)-λ追踪算法,阐述最优C_(p)-λ追踪的方法以及PI控制算法在转矩中的应用,通过Bladed仿真,模拟各种工况下发电性能,尤其是典型工况下功率曲线和转速控制。通过比较,优化后的控制算法,发电量有较大提升。
In order to improve the operational reliability and power generation of wind farms,and give full play to the value and economic benefits of existing wind turbines,technical upgrading and transformation must be carried out.Through the investigation and analysis of the units put into operation in the early stage,the unit is optimized from the aspect of control strategy.On the premise of not changing the hardware of the wind turbine,the power generation is improved by optimizing the control strategy.This paper analyzes the control strategy of old units,analyzes the shortcomings of the table lookup in torque control,and introduc⁃es a new control strategy-optimal C_(p)-λtracking algorithm,describing the optimal C_(p)-λtracking method and the application of PI control algorithm in torque,through Bladed simulation,simulate the generation per⁃formance under various working conditions,especially the power curve and speed control under typical work⁃ing conditions.Through comparison,the optimized control algorithm can greatly improve the power generation.
