摘要
为提升舱口装船机作业效率,实现港口装船机作业流程智能化,以黄骅港三期筒仓至装船机作业流程为研究对象,通过运用现场PLC程序编制和管理网络平台,实现筒仓至装船机自动给料作业,省去了中控人力操作,使流程衔接更加紧密。筒仓给料装船机有2种方式:①经过筒仓下料指令开启,经地面皮带和转接塔运行,至装船机到船舶上;②装船机作业从完成一个船舱到下一个船舱的作业位置。在流程衔接的布置上,核心是准确计算装船机给料时间、移舱时间及停料时间的预算,根据流程的作业特征设置筒仓的给料时刻,缩短装船机移舱过程中提前上料的空档期,实现现场智慧化自动作业运行。
In order to improve the operation efficiency of the hatch loader and realize the intellectualization of the operation process of the port loader,the operation process from Huanghua Port Phase III Silo to the Shiploader is taken as the research object.Through the use of the on-site PLC programming and manage⁃ment network platform,the automatic feeding operation from the silo to the shiploader is realized,which saves the manual operation of central control and makes the process more closely connected.There are two ways for Silo Feedeing Shiploader,one is to be opened through silo charging instruction run by the ground belt and transfer tower,and arrive at the shiploader;Or the operation position of shiploader from completing one cabin to the next.In the layout of process connection,the core is to accurately calculate the budget for the feeding time,shifting time and stopping time of the shiploader,set the feeding time of the silo according to the operation characteristics of the process,shorten the gap period for early loading during the shifting pro⁃cess of the shiploader,and realize intelligent automatic operation on site.
