异烟酸-吡唑啉酮分光光度法测定水质总氰化物含量的不确定度评定

摘要 以异烟酸-吡唑啉酮分光光度法测定水质中总氰化物的含量,并对实验过程中引入的测量不确定度进行评定。本实验表明,该水样总氰化物浓度为0.0546 mg/L,扩展不确定度为0.003 mg/L,k=2,校准曲线的建立和拟合对测量不确定度的贡献最大,是本实验测量不确定度的主要来源。 The content of total cyanide in water was determined by isonicotinic acid pyrazolone spectrophotometry,and the measurement uncertainty introduced in the experiment was evaluated.This experiment shows that the total cyanide concentration of the water sample is 0.0546 mg/L,the expanded uncertainty is 0.003 mg/L,k=2,and the establishment andfitting of the calibration curve contribute the most to the measurement uncertainty,which is the main source of the measurement uncertainty in this experiment.
