摘要
对土壤样品及标准土样分别采用电热板、微波消解仪进行前处理,比较两种消解方法的准确度。实验结果表明,微波消解—火焰原子吸收法准确度较好。电热板消解—火焰原子吸收法的相对标准偏差为6.68,相对误差为5.2%,加标回收率在88%~104%;微波消解—火焰原子吸收做法的相对标准偏差为5.70,相对误差为4.2%,加标回收率在90%~103%。本实验成果为土壤中总铬的消解和分析提供了技术支持。
The soil samples and standard soil samples were pretreated with electric heating plate and microwave digestion instrument respectively,and the accuracy of the two digestion methods was compared.The experimental results show that the accuracy of microwave digestion fl ame atomic absorption spectrometry is better.The relative standard deviation of hot plate digestion fl ame atomic absorption spectrometry is 6.68,the relative error is 5.2%,and the recovery rate of spiking is 88%~104%;The relative standard deviation of microwave digestion fl ame atomic absorption method is 5.70,the relative error is 4.2%,and the recovery rate is 90%~103%.The experimental results provide technical support for the digestion and analysis of total chromium in soil.
