环境影响评价工作存在的问题及对策分析

Analysis of Problems and Countermeasures in Environmental Impact Assessment

1978年,我国首次提出了环境影响评价这一概念,并颁布了有关环境保护的法律法规。经过多年的修订,我国环境保护法规中明确指出,各城市、各区域在进行城市发展规划工作时,必须综合考虑环境影响因素。进入21世纪后,我国的环境影响评价理论和技术都得到了进一步提高,且随着我国对环境的不断重视,环境影响评价的作用及内涵也在不断得到拓展。为此,本文就目前我国环境影响评价工作中所存在的问题进行了分析和讨论,以期可以提出具有针对性的对策建议。

In 1978,our country put forward the concept of environmental impact assessment for the first time and promulgated the relevant laws and regulations of environmental protection.After many years of revision,it is clearly pointed out in environmental protection regulations that environmental factors must be considered comprehensively when urban development planning is carried out in various regions of cities in China.The theory and technology of environmental impact assessment in China have been improved in the 21st century,and its role and connotation of environmental impact assessment are being expanded with the increasing attention paid to the environment in China.Therefore,this paper analyzes and discusses the problems of environmental impact assessment work in China,hoping to put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
