摘要
木粉是生产膨化硝铵炸药的主要原材料之一,在原材料采购和生产加工工艺方面存在较多问题,为解决此类问题,通过分析谷糠和木粉的物理化学性质,提出谷糠代替木粉进行膨化硝铵炸药生产的方案。通过多方案论证,结果表明:无论从原材料技术指标控制、部分替代的实验室小试,还是生产线批量试验、完全替代生产线验证,膨化硝铵炸药的殉爆距离、猛度、爆速均满足要求,用谷糠代替木粉进行实验和生产是可行的。
Wood powder is one of the main raw materials of expanded ammonium nitrate explosive. There are many problems in the procurement of raw materials and processing technology. In order to solve this problem, by analyzing the physical and chemical properties of cereal chaff and wood powder, the scheme of cereal chaff instead of wood powder for the production of expanded ammonium nitrate explosive is proposed. Through the demonstration of many schemes, the results show that the sympathetic detonation distance, brisance and detonation velocity of expanded ammonium nitrate explosive meet the requirements, no matter whether from the technical index control of raw materials and partial substitution laboratory test, or batch test of production line and complete substitution production line verification. It is feasible to replace wood powder with cereal chaff for experiment and production.
