摘要 战争时期遗留下来的废旧航、炮弹具有复杂性高、辨识度低、不稳定性高的特点,严重危害周边居民及建(构)筑物的安全。通过辨识废旧航、炮弹的类型,优选专业的销毁场地、布置方案以及废旧航、炮弹爆炸的安全校核,使弹片飞散距离低于国家规范及理论公式计算结果;在介质、爆破条件系数和爆破振动衰减系数确定的条件下,爆破振动效应可通过萨道夫斯基经验公式进行计算分析;根据军用、民用多种理论计算公式分析爆炸冲击波安全距离,从而形成安全的废旧航、炮弹的销毁工艺技术,为后期类似废弹销毁提供指导。 The discarded aviation bombs and artillery shells left over from the war have the characteristics of high complexity, low recognition and high instability, which seriously endanger the safety of surrounding residents and buildings(structures). By identifying the type of discarded aviation bombs and artillery shells, selecting the professional destruction site, giving layout scheme and checking of the explosion safety of discarded aviation and artillery shells, the flying distance of shrapnel is lower than the national standard and theoretical formula calculation results. Under the condition that the medium, blasting condition coefficient and blasting vibration attenuation coefficient are determined, the blasting vibration effect can be calculated and analyzed by Sadaovsky empirical formula. According to a variety of military and civilian theoretical calculation formulas, the safety distance of blast wave is analyzed, so as to form a safe destruction technology of discarded aviation bombs and artillery shells, and provide guidance for similar destruction projects in the future.
