防沙治沙工程建设成效评价的生态状况指数方法探讨 被引量:1

摘要 采用数量化方法评价防沙治沙工程建设成效具有现实意义。本文参考生态环境指数方法,紧密结合防沙治沙生态工程建设取得的成效指标,选择沙化土地面积逆转指数、林草资源面积指数、林草固沙植被覆盖指数和生物丰度指数,构建了针对防沙治沙工程建设成效的防沙治沙生态状况指数(EIC)评价方法。结果表明,鄂尔多斯市防沙治沙生态状况评价结果为良,达拉特旗和鄂托克前旗防沙治沙生态状况为一般,康巴什区防沙治沙生态状况为优,其他各旗的防沙治沙生态状况为良。利用EIC方法评价区域防沙治沙生态状况具有可行性。 To evaluate the effectiveness of desertification combat with quantitative method is of practical significance.In this paper,the desertification land area reversal index,forest-grass resource area index,forest-grass sand-fixing vegetation coverage index and biological richness index were selected to construct an index system for the evaluation of the Ecological Environment Index of Desertification Combat(EIC),referring to the Ecological Environment Index method and closely combining with the effectiveness indicators of the construction of desertification combat ecological projects.The results showed that the evaluation result of the ecological environment status for desertification combat in Ordos was good,that in Dalad Banner and Otog Front Bannerr were average,and that in Kangbashi District was the best.It was feasible to use the EIC method to evaluate the ecological environment quality of regional desertification combat.
