摘要
高校辅导员职业能力评价体系建设,有利于推动辅导员职业化、专业化发展,有利于提高辅导员工作的积极性和主动性,也有利于高校思政工作队伍的建设。目前辅导员职业能力评价体系建设存在着:有标准,但不够细化;有职责,但很难量化;有细则,但不够完善等问题。针对出现的这些问题,建议按照定量评价与定性评价相结合、管理评价与教师评价相结合、基础评价与方向评价相结合、自我评价和他人评价相结合的原则,依据相关文件政策构建完善的辅导员职业能力评价体系,切实加强辅导员职业能力建设。
The construction of the professional ability evaluation system of college counselors is conducive to promoting the professional and professional development of counselors, improving the enthusiasm and initiative of counselors’ work, and also the construction of ideological and political work teams in colleges and universities.At present, there are problems in the construction of the professional ability evaluation system for counselors,such as too genneral standards, unquantifiable responsibilities, and imperfect rules. In response to these problems,it is recommended to construct a comprehensive counseling system based on relevant documents and policies in accordance with the principles of combining quantitative evaluation with qualitative evaluation, management evaluation with teacher evaluation, basic evaluation with directional evaluation, and self-evaluation with others evaluation, so as to effectively strengthen the construction of professional ability of counselors.
