摘要
当代大学生处在变革的时代环境中,其自身的观念和情感容易受到外界因素的影响,出现情感态度和情绪上的变化。高校应该以积极心理学来干预学生参与社会的行为,并引导学生自我发展。在此背景下分析培养大学生社会情感能力的必要性,并立足积极心理学视角下,构建起学生社会情感能力发展的层次目标,根据目标探索具体的实施方案。经过研究和实践,提出培养学生社会情感能力的对策和建议,为高校人才培养工作提供参考和帮助。
In a turbulent and changing environment, contemporary college students are easily affected by external factors, resulting in changes in emotional attitudes and emotions. Colleges and universities should use positive psychology to intervene students’ participation in society and guide students’ self-development. In this context, this paper analyzes the necessity of cultivating college students’ social emotional ability, constructs the hierarchical goal of students’ social emotional ability development from the perspective of positive psychology, and explores the specific implementation scheme according to the goal. Through research and practice, countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating students’ social emotional ability are proposed, so as to provide reference and help for talent training in colleges and universities.
