“管理沟通”是一门应用性极强的课程。在思想政治课程与课程思政协同育人的大背景下,探索“管理沟通”的课程育人功能,对培养大学生的道德修养和职业素养具有十分重要的意义。挖掘“管理沟通”这门课程的育人要素,以现代科学信息技术为工具,以教学内容建设为抓手,推动教学模式改革,完善教学设计,促使课程知识体系教育与思想政治教育实现有机融合,在知识传授、能力培养的过程中实现价值引领,提升课程育人质量及水平,将学生培养成为具备社会主义核心价值观德才兼备的综合型管理人才。

Management Communication is a highly applied course. Under the background of collaborative education with ideological and political courses and “curriculum ideology and politics”, it is of great significance for cultivating college students’ moral and professional qualities by exploring and exerting the educational function of the Management Communication course. This article explores the educational elements of the course. With modern science and information technology as a tool, with teaching content construction as the starting point, it promotes the reform of teaching model, perfects teaching design, and motivates the organic integration of knowledge system education and ideological and political education of this course. In the process of imparting knowledge and fostering ability, the value guuidanc is achieved, and consequently the quality and level of education of this course is improved, so as to train students into comprehensive management talents with socialist core values and with both political integrity and talent.
