幼儿教师的幼儿园游戏开展与组织能力提升对策探究

摘要 游戏是儿童最喜爱的可以释放天性的一种活动,在儿童的身心发展过程中起着不可替代的作用,更是儿童身心健康发展不可或缺的重要营养元素。幼儿园应围绕游戏活动开展丰富多彩的教学实践,提升幼儿教师在幼儿园有效开展和组织游戏活动的能力,积极发挥游戏对幼儿发展的促进作用,为幼儿身心全面健康发展打下坚实基础。梳理幼儿园游戏活动开展现状及存在的问题,从五个方面对提升幼儿教师游戏组织与开展能力提出有效对策。 Games are a favorite activity of children to release nature, and play an irreplaceable role in the process of children’s physical and mental development, which are indispensable important nutritional elements for children’s physical and mental health development. Kindergartens should carry out rich and colorful teaching practice around game activities, and improve preschool teachers’ ability to effectively carry out and organize game activities in kindergartens, which can actively play the promoting role of games on children’s development and lay a solid foundation for children’s overall physical and mental health development. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of kindergarten game activities and puts forward effective countermeasures to improve preschool teachers’ game organization and development ability from five aspects.
