New Ideas for Ideological and Political Construction of Automation Under the Background of New Engineering

摘要 新工科背景下,为培养自动化专业德智体美劳“五育”并举人才,加强课程思政教育与专业知识体系高度融合与同向同行是实现立德树人这一根本任务的重要途径。基于当前自动化专业课程思政建设的现状,分析了存在的主要问题,以自动化专业顶层设计为抓手,从教学理念、教学技术与教学制度三个层面,提出“教学目标育人化、思政元素整体化、教学模式潜移默化、师资队伍德育化、评价机制长期化”五位一体的课程思政建设方案,以期切实解决好专业教育和思想政治教育“两张皮”问题,为自动化专业培根铸魂。 Under the background of the new engineering discipline, in order to cultivate talents in the automation profession who are both moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor oriented, strengthening the high integration of ideological and political education and professional knowledge system is an important way to achieve the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating talents. Based on the current situation of ideological and political construction of automation courses, this paper analyzes the main problems, and puts forward a five-in-one curriculum ideological and political construction plan of “educating students with teaching objectives, integrating ideological and political elements, imperceptibly influencing teaching models, moralizing the teaching staff, and long-term evaluation mechanism” from the three levels of teaching philosophy, teaching technology and teaching system, with the top-level design of automation as the starting point, in order to effectively solve the “two skin” problem of professional education and ideological and political education, and cast the soul for automation specialty.
