摘要
近年来,随着人工智能技术应用的快速落地,人工智能产业得到了高速发展。人工智能专业人才的缺乏引起国家高度重视,教育部印发的《职业教育专业目录(2021年)》正式将人工智能技术应用专业列入目录,且2021年全国已有387所高职院校备案招生,但绝大部分院校面临缺师资、缺教材、缺资源的困境。为破解专业建设面临的困境,提出了打造校企、校校之间流通、互补、协作的师资队伍,构建对接职业标准的课程体系,开发内容丰富、形式多样的教学资源,构建具有地域优势与体现学校办学特色的育人环境等举措。
In recent years, with the rapid application of artificial intelligence technology, the artificial intelligence industry has also developed rapidly. The lack of artificial intelligence professionals has attracted great attention of the state. The catalogue of Vocational Education Majors(2021) of the Ministry of Education officially lists the application major of artificial intelligence technology in the catalogue. In 2021, 387 higher vocational schools in China have registered enrollment. In the face of the construction of the new artificial intelligence technology application specialty, most colleges and universities are facing the situation of lack of teachers, teaching materials and resources. To solve the dilemma, we have put forward measures to build a circulating, complementary and cooperative teaching team between schools, enterprises and schools, build a curriculum system that matches professional standards, develop teaching resources with rich contents and diverse forms, and build an educational environment with regional advantages and school running characteristics.
