摘要
以首次任职课程实战化教学改革为背景,从教学内容的前沿性含战量、实践教学的创新性挑战度、基于信息技术的虚拟仿真教学和实装系统的实战化演练演训等角度,结合教学改革经验,阐述了能动专业首次任职课程实战化教学改革的思路与举措,为军事院校教战研战、深入开展实战化教学改革提供参考。实战化教学改革已经全面深入展开,面对教学训练的新形势与新要求,要结合自身专业特点,主动思考、主动作为,坚持以战场打赢为根本导向,以提高人才培养质量为目标,以创新实践为动力,在教学内容、教学模式、实践条件等方面加大投入、下大功夫,以实战化教学推动院校教育和首次任职课程进一步向部队靠拢、向实战靠拢。专业教员要通过部队任代职、岗位交流、学习调研等,不断丰富自身阅历、提高自身能力,促使实战化教学改革取得实效,形成实战化教学的长效机制,促进育人质量和部队战斗力提升。
With the first course actual combat teaching reform as the background, from the frontier of teaching content, innovative practice teaching challenge, information technology-based virtual simulation teaching and practical system practice training, combined with the teaching reform experience, we expound the ideas and measures, and provide some reference for military college teaching research, and actual combat teaching reform.Actual combat teaching reform has been carried out comprehensively and deeply, Facing the new situation and new requirements of teaching and training, we should all combine our own professional characteristics, actively think,take the initiative to do it, adhere to the battlefield to win as the fundamental orientation, so as to improve the quality of talent training. Professional teachers should constantly enrich their own experience and improve their own ability through the army’s substitute, post exchange, study and research, so as to promote the effectiveness of the practical teaching reform, form a long-term mechanism of practical teaching, and promote the quality of education and the combat effectiveness of the army.
