基于全程质量监控的研究生培养体系构建与实践——以中西医结合基础专业为例

Construction and Practice of Training Systems for Postgraduates via a Whole Quality-Monitoring Process: Taking Basic Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine as an Example

摘要 根据中西医结合基础专业的特色和优势,针对该专业研究生培养过程中存在的问题,从科研思维培养、科研能力训练、学术诚信与道德教育等方面,构建了中西医结合基础专业研究生全程质量监控培养体系,从新生入学直至毕业,紧扣研究生培养周期的三个学年、六个学期不同时间节点,辨证施治、精准施策,以保障研究生的培养质量,全面提升研究生的综合素质,为我国中西医结合事业的发展提供人才保障。 According to the characteristics and advantages of the specialty basic integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and based on the problems occurred in the process of postgraduates’ education, a training system based on a whole quality-monitoring process has been constructed with three parts including scientific thinking training, scientific skills training, education of academic integrity and morality. The problems are observed during the three-year training duration, and precise strategies are presented by using the system. Thus, the technical ability and comprehensive capacity of postgraduates are confirmed. This system partly can provide a guarantee for the development of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
