摘要
在新时代背景下,结合课程思政、新文科建设和劳动教育,探索“管理学”课程的教学设计,以适应高等教育改革发展的需要。通过分析“管理学”课程的特点,包括课程的学科特征、学生的学情特征和课程管理情况,从教学理念、教学内容、教学方法、教学策略和教学支持等方面,探讨了“管理学”课程的教学设计,以满足新时代对高等教育课程建设的内在要求。
Under the background of the new era, combining the ideological and political education,construction of new humanities and labor education, the teaching design of management course needs new exploration to meet the needs of higher education reform and development. This paper analyzes the nature of management course, including the discipline characteristics, students’ learning characteristics and curriculum management of management course. This paper puts forward the teaching concept of taking curriculum ideological and political education as top design, the teaching content reform with the construction of new humanities, the teaching method of labor education to promote practice. The corresponding teaching strategies and teaching support are put forward from inside and outside the classroom, school level and teacher level respectively, trying to take the management course as an example and actively consider how to meet the inherent call of the new era for higher education curriculum construction.
